I used to like my cream with a side of coffee. I had a love affair with sugary vanilla Coffee-Mate creamer and I wasn’t ashamed. I don’t even remember when I started drinking coffee. Does anyone? All I know is I wanted a few packets of sugar and enough cream to make my coffee just a couple shades lighter than me.

I only drink about 1 1/2 cups a day but I added up how many servings of creamer I was using; it was ridiculous. I tried to drink it black with no success and I have tasted EVERY non-dairy creamer out there and just wasn’t satisfied. I need the creamy factor and the sweetness but without all the sugar and unnecessary ingredients!
There is a company out in AZ called Mama’s Cold Brew that makes my favorite iced coffee. It’s a creamy cold brew with a hint of vanilla and something to make it a little spicy. If I could drink it everyday I would be so happy!
Since we don’t live in Arizona, I set off to make my own. Something I could keep in the fridge and add to my own cup in the mornings. I wanted to use something other than sugar to sweeten it hence the honey.
It doesn’t get any easier than this. If you want to get rid of all the additives that are most likely present in your favorite coffee creamer, try this homemade honey cinnamon coffee creamer today!
