Butterscotch Banana Bread




Yield 12 slices

Tender and moist banana bread packed with chocolate chips, butterscotch, and walnuts for a little crunch. 



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. 
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time. Set aside.  
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking soda. 
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Add the sour cream.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and walnuts. 
  7. Pour into loaf pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
