Description
A cool and creamy jalapeno feta vegetable dip with crumbled feta cheese, fresh jalapeños, roasted garlic, and whipped cream cheese. It’s also delicious over salads and in pita pockets.
Ingredients
1 jalapeno, deseeded
2 cloves roasted garlic
8 oz whipped cream cheese*
1/4 C sour cream
1/4 C feta cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
salt + pepper
handful of parsley
For Serving:
carrots, sliced
cucumbers, sliced
radishes, sliced
snap peas
celery, sliced
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse till you reach your desired texture.
Serve with sliced carrots, cucumbers, radishes, snap peas, celery, and pita chips.
Notes
I Like to use whipped cream cheese for texture purposes, if that’s unavailable, regular cream cheese will still work!
