Description
This shrimp will blow your mind! 7 ingredients, less than 10 minutes of cooking time and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
1 Pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons of ghee + 1 tablespoon of another cooking fat (i’m using a chili oil but you could use olive oil, avocado oil, etc)
Salt + pepper
1 teaspoon of parsley, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
½ C Compliant chicken stock
Juice of ½ a lemon
Instructions
- Melt the 2 tablespoons of ghee and 1 tablespoon of the other cooking fat in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook till opaque. Approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Turn the heat to low and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Saute for 1 minute. Stir in the chicken stock and lemon juice. Turn the heat up to medium and let simmer till reduced. Add the shrimp back to the skillet and toss till coated.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
