Dressing and sauces are what make the most average of meals exciting! At any given time, I have 3-4 homemade sauces with handwritten labels in my fridge. I always prep mine in wide mouth mason jars so I can use my hand blender instead of my big ol’ clunky blender cup.
Growing up, I wasn’t a huge fan of tomatoes but I loved me some tangy tomato salad dressing from Outback Steakhouse. I would basically order a big bowl of cold iceberg lettuce, croutons, and dressing on the side. I was an odd duck.
Now, I am in the kitchen recreating a classic. This dressing is perfect on a grilled steak salad but equally as delicious drizzled over a burger.
