Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This Sunday slow cooker pulled pork recipe is a crowd pleaser. This is the recipe you pull out for the early afternoon tailgate, for a no fuss dinner with the perfect pulled pork sandwiches, or when you don’t know what to feed a large group of hungry offensive limemen.
It’s super simple, flavorful, tender, and juicy. There is nothing worse than dry pulled pork– good thing this recipe is fool-proof!
I prefer to use bone-in pork shoulder but boneless will work as well. There is something about the bone just sliding right out of the tender slow cooked meat that is so satisfying. The pork is seasoned thoroughly and left to its own devices. It’s smells incredible and you look like the hostess with the “most-ess”.
