Sometimes you just don’t want to walk outside and crank up the grill, ya know? These delicious Italian Honey baked ribs are rubbed down with a delicious dry rub and smeared with crushed garlic. They bake in the oven till they are tender and get brushed with honey at the end.
Honey Baked Ribs?
Are you one of those people skeptical about baked ribs? Don’t be. These were so good. They aren’t like the traditional BBQ variety. They are a little more flavorful and your clothes don’t get all smoky preparing them!
I served them with my steakhouse mac and cheese and some roasted Brussel sprouts.
Bonus tip: The rub works beautifully on a pork loin. I rubbed it down with a little olive oil, crushed garlic, and the seasoning rub and wrapped it real tight in foil and baked it till cooked throughout. The whole house smelled like heaven and there was minimal clean up.

Hey Marissa, I had brussel sprouts a couple weeks ago and enjoyed them. Do you habe a recipe for yours?
Marissa says
I think they taste like cabbage! We make them all the time. I just season them with salt + pepper and olive oil. I roast @425 for about 20 minutes , shaking half way. I then drizzle with honey and broil for 3 minutes. I just stand right by the oven and watch them so the sugar doesn’t burn. Let me know if you give them a try!
